Ordering & Customization
How do I place an order? All orders can be placed directly through our website. For original custom requests, bulk, or urgent orders, you can contact us via:

Can I request a fully custom item that isn't listed on your website? Absolutely! Visit our "YOUR Ideas Brought to Life" collection to learn more about submitting your unique ideas for a custom creation.
How long do custom orders take? Production times vary depending on the complexity of the project, quantity of items within a single order, and at times material availability, however, typically range from 2-5 business days (not including the first 24 hours after a purchase is made). We’ll provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Can I upload a photo, logo, or other file to be used as the design for my custom item? Yes! On each product page, if applicable, a "File Upload" choice will appear among other customization options. It is not mandatory to upload any files, however, they often contribute to smoother processing times and desired results. Several file types are acceptable; it is more important to have higher quality files than a specific type of file.*
*Note: If "no file chosen" shows after uploading your file, finish filling out any other customization options, review your choices, then choose the "Add to Cart" button. Your cart will display the product(s) chosen, your various customization choices, and a clickable file. If this is not the case and you are still having trouble uploading your image or file please complete your order and contact us directly via our contact page or email us at customworks@craftydingofarms.com with your Name, Item Purchased, Confirmation/Order Number, & the image or file desired. You may also add a note in your cart at checkout to ensure extra notification of this issue or to inform us your email & file is on the way. If you need to upload multiple images, please contact us directly in the same manner as provided above.

Do you offer any discounts? Yes! We currently offer 10% off your first order when you sign up to receive emails from us. Subscribers will receive periodic emails containing exclusive discounts and deals. We also offer 15% off of every order for Veterans & First Responders. Please visit our "Discounts" page to learn more.
Do you offer bulk or event pricing? Yes! We offer both bulk and event pricing. Whether you want customized wedding decor, to promote your business, or have matching shirts for your upcoming vacation, we can offer discounted pricing based on your needs. Please reach out to us via our contact page or email and let's get creating!
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free Ground shipping within the United States for orders over $75. Standard and expedited options are available at checkout for all orders regardless of the subtotal. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based upon the package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Do you ship internationally? We do not currently offer international shipping at this time but are working diligently to make this a reality so that we may serve our amazing overseas community!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? For detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds, please refer to our "Return Policy" section located on our "Policies" page.
Can I modify my order after purchasing? If changes to your order will not affect the item’s price (such as spelling errors), please contact us within 24 hours with the requested changes.
For changes that MAY/WILL affect the price or are unsure, please contact us within 24 hours requesting clarification or a cancellation and reversal/refund to allow the placement of new order with the desired changes.
Products & Care
How should I care for my handcrafted items? Special care instructions will be provided with each item if applicable. For most wooden and engraved products, gentle cleaning and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture is recommended. For apparel and kitchen products, gentle hand-washing and air-drying are recommended. All products are given a protective coating with food grade coating used on Drinkware & Kitchenware items.
Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging? We do not offer gift wrapping or packaging at this time, however, we are working very hard to be able to provide this and other services to you in the future!
