Welcome to Crafty Dingo Farms! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our site.
General
- Crafty Dingo Farms (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
- Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
Products & Services
- We offer handcrafted, custom, and personalized products.
- While we strive for accuracy, product images and descriptions may vary slightly from the final product due to the handmade nature of our items.
Ordering & Payment
- At this time, all orders must be placed through our official website aside from original custom or bulk purchases. In those cases we recommend reaching out to us via our contact page or email us at customworks@craftydingofarms.com to initiate the design process and receive your customized quote. Payment options for these orders will be provided to you at that time.
- Payment is due at the time of purchase and/or project approval (for original and significantly customized pieces). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods. Card payments made via PayPal & Shopify Shop Pay may result in decreased fees.
- Custom orders may require approval of design proofs before production begins. Customers will be contacted via email regarding these orders if they have not reached out prior.
Cancellations & Modifications
- Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started. These orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. For corrections or modifications that will not affect the item’s price (such as spelling errors), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If changes will affect the price, contact us within 24 hours of purchase requesting a cancellation and reversal/refund so that you may then place a new order with the updated specifications.
Limitation of Liability
- Crafty Dingo Farms LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida as well as the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free Ground Shipping: All domestic orders over $75 are eligible to receive free ground shipping.
- Standard & Expedited Shipping: Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout for all orders regardless of subtotal. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based upon package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (not including the first 24 hours after a purchase is made), with original custom, bulk, or larger orders potentially requiring additional time. Any additional processing time(s) will be noted in the item's description and/or discussed directly with us when collaborating on your vision. Customers with time constraints (i.e. last minute wedding or event items) should contact us directly to ensure that we will be able to appropriately accommodate your needs. Please be advised that urgent or rushed orders may incur an additional fee.
International Shipping
- We do not currently offer international shipping at this time but are working diligently to make this a reality so that we may serve our amazing overseas community!
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive confirmation with a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Return Policy
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the unique nature of custom and personalized products, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.
- Order Errors: If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will gladly offer a replacement or resolve the issue at no additional cost to you including associated shipping costs when applicable.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us with a description of the damage, at least one clear photo of the damage, and clear images of the received shipping box/envelope condition within 7 days; we will work with you (as well as shipping companies if applicable) to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Farm Products (When Available -- Coming Soon!)
Due to the perishable nature of farm products, all sales are final. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will address your concerns and render decisions on a case-by-case basis.
General Guidelines
- Clearance and Sale* Items: These items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. ( *Not all sale items are considered final sale. Those that are, will be appropriately noted as such on their respective listings. )
